Social Finance, LLC seeks Senior Manager Risk Management- Fraud Prevention in SanFrancisco, CA:
Job Duties: Analyze and propose fraud risk strategies based on real-time data on consumerlending and credit card products, logins, credit bureau, third-party vendors. Use data to drivebusiness proposals and lead team initiatives with excellent communications skills. Collaboratewell with teammates and business partners and influence business decisions. Bring innovativeideas to build analytics-driven fraud prevention strategies, design and architect memberregistration and login authentication process, ecosystem anomaly detection, account takeoversand reward gaming. Deliver data-driven decisions and work closely with Cyber Security,Member team, Member success, and Fraud Operations to innovate processes and learn anditerate on strategies and processes. Work collaboratively with the Data Science team or Fraudand Risk Infrastructure teams to identify the opportunity to either build or purchase newcapabilities. Understand fraud risk (3rd party, 1st party, and Synthetic) and develop approachesto mitigate fraud loss and responsibly grow revenue through. Monitor performance of strategiesand ecosystem. Document and communicate results and escalate issues as necessary. Identifygaps/opportunities and drive actions. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, DataAnalytics, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job offeredor in any occupation in a related field.
